Colorado Springs dining

I'm moving to Colorado Springs next week! We've visited several times in the past, but our visits have focused on outdoor activities rather than dining. Any favorites in the area? I know it's not a big restaurant hub like Denver, but I'm looking forward to discovering some gems out there.

Only spent a few hours there to go to Garden on the Gods, but really enjoyed Trinity Brewing/Pub.

By the way, Alanna, though I can't help with Colorado Springs (except to mention that I once saw a gigantic Budweiser plant from the Interstate as I was passing through :P ), I do want to wish you a good and easy move and a happy time in this next stage of your journey.

Wanted to make it to Grays Coors Tavern for a Slopper, but didn't have time.

When we were there for the day, we ate in The Cafe in the Antlers Hotel. It had a nice lunch menu, and the food was very good.
