We had been there in a while but I didn't realize I had been closed for 2 months because of a flood.

I didn't hear about it when they got flooded. Given the location I wonder if it was a sprinkler system break or something like that.

No, I'm not sure why this was - there must be a small waterway somewhere through there - but during the same heavy rain there was also a serious flooding problem at the Episcopal Church Home just to the east that flooded a basement and required some pretty significant cleanup and sanitation.

Roof leak during the monsoon earlier this year.
