No surprise- McDonald's fiercely guards their trademarks.
If i were an astute businessperson with a PR team, I might have named it that just for the PR buzz that would be created from having to change the name... :wink:

I'm in Cambodia at the moment. Last night I ate at a place specializing in insect dishes. I didn't have it, but they have a Bug Mac on their menu done with two ground insect patties. I'm not sure if Mac's is here, I've not seen one yet (though KFC is) so maybe that's why it'seems not on their radar?
