Sounds like a reasonable idea.

We've noticed recently when we go by there it doesn't to be as crowded as it used to be. I put it off as being the season more than anything else but obviously there was more to it. We ate there a couple of months ago and they really had reduced the menu what they had on it at the beginning. They had cut out a lot of the dishes that were unique and what was left with is basically barbecue inside that you can get any place in town. I favorite thing on the menu the hand pies have been gone for quite a while and other things has been gradually leaving the menu.

The Red Barn had a buzz that lasted what ????....A month ??? The kids will be happy to see Joe's (cheap eats and ice cold light beer) come back and I'm happy for them.

We've been under both incarnations. From the JOTD guy's description of what they want to do it sounds like the best of both worlds if it pans out. We liked the RBK for the culinary focus (we hit it early on) & JOTD for the local watering hole. We'll give it a try!
