Small Free meeting rooms for 10-12 people

by Gary Guss » Thu Jan 25, 2018 4:13 pm

I'm sure this has come up from time to time... We have a small group of maybe 10-12 people that have a monthly meeting. We have been meeting in each others homes, but it would be great if we could instead meet at a restaurant and have dinner. Doesn't have to be completely private. Does anyone have a idea of some places we could try? Most of us live in the east end between the Watterson and the Snyder. Thanks in advance!

GG.

East end between the Watterson and the Snyder? Corner Cafe might work for you. They have two private rooms that can hold up to 20 and one that can hold up to 40. Nice folks, and the menu is reasonably affordable. If you call, feel free to tell Robert Frederick that I sent you.

Napa River Grill also has a couple of private rooms, but they may charge, and of course their menu is a little more pricey. Might be worth a look, though.

Thanks Robin! Thats probably a good option.. I think Captains Quarters also has a backroom off the bar, that I was in a meeting a long time ago, it's the original Harrods creek tavern with stone walls.

I'm not a big fan of Mitchell's Seafood, but they have a great room for that size, and no surcharge.

If you go in a bit, Varnese has two rooms about that size, and for a more expensive meal Clover Lane has a nice room.
