Tried to burn the front door. Idiots. Strong suspicion focuses on the "Nazi" group that they threw out a few months ago.

Just rumor mill, Adriel. I don't know anything more than hearing people drawing that conclusion because, you know, Nazis. Last spring a group of neo-Nazis - Matthew Heimbach's Traditionalist Youth Party or something like that - decided it would be a nice idea to celebrate Hitler's birthday with drinks at the Rover. Some good people got together and came in to chant them out, and management, as I hear it, concurred in that wish and asked the Nazi kids to leave.

That was eight months ago, so there's no real reason to connect the dots, but that doesn't keep the rumor from spreading around.

Sounds like it might be time to stop into the Rover for our favorite fish and chips and a pint.

Or maybe a meetup?

I'd be more than willing to participate in a meet-up at the Rover.

The more I think about this (Guinness! :D ) the more I like it! Will someone step up to organize? Call a date and take names?

If nobody else beats me to it, I'll post an organizational invitation tomorrow morning. But if someone wants to go ahead tonight, I'm fine with that too.

I will definitely go. Maybe we could go on an already slow night (if there is such a thing at TIR.) .

Okay, I'll go ahead and post. I'll suggest a Tuesday or Wednesday after work for the reason you suggest.
