Many new restaurants have very few distinguishing factors. They tend to have a good, but predictable, beer and spirits offering, chicken wings, salads, a soup or two, some type of sandwiches and pasta entrees, etc. Somehow, by offering "cute" names and adding "artisan" or "fresh made" is gonna really entice customers.
Well, try adding more Ethiopian, French bistrot, Malaysian, German, West African, Greek, Nepalese, and other such cuisines instead of more pizza, chicken wings, BBQ, and burgers.
Sometimes less is better-just do it darn well and consistantly.
