Caputo 00 Flour

Does anyone know where this can be obtained in Louisville, preferably in small batches? I'm looking to make Roberta's pizza dough recipe which was posted in the NYT, and it calls for 00 flour.

Barry, you can usually get it at Lotsa Pasta. They mostly use it in their own baking, so there may or may not be any on display, but they should be happy to get you a bag from the back if you ask.

Thanks Robin. Sounds like a good excuse to pick up an Italian sub!

Yep, grabbed a small bag at Lotsa Pasta a week or so ago.
