A look at Louisville and Actors Theatre - Urbana writer

The drawl that greets you when you cross the border is always slightly jarring but also warm and inviting. Kentucky quickly puts you in a different world, a land of green rolling hills, bourbon, flowering trees, horse culture and house after house of early American architecture. (read the rest)

Certainly a great article about Louisville and especially Actors.

I saw the "Glory of the World". Very different, but we liked it. Well done.

I did get the feeling that he was actually HERE as opposed to just dredging up and regurgitating snippets from other on-line articles about Louisville. And points for covering the "men's clubs" as well as the monks. Balance balance all is balance.

I like good publicity, but as a reporter I wasn't as impressed with that article. I felt that he brought some expectations to Louisville and then wrote a piece that fulfilled them. A southern drawl starts at the Ohio River? Really? He wrote about a few places, perhaps recommendations, but his path through the town seemed more spotty than planned.
