Cozumel

by Linda C » Sun Sep 07, 2014 3:41 pm

Just returned from a delicious trip to Cozumel. First two weeks of September are the absolute quietest. I did some research and found this hole in the wall spot called El Moro which was fantastic. Never tasted anything like their nachos...heaven on a plate. Loved the seafood combo, which featured seven dishes plus guac. Speaking of seafood, we had a platter of seafood and a platter of Mexican favorites at Casa Mission which blew us away. Nice atmosphere, fun talking birds for entertainment. Rent a car and drive the east coast or "wil side" with funky tourist shops and beach bars. We hada great meal at Chen Rio, and enjoyed STRONG drinks and the party at Coconuts.try the local specialty, the lionfish. Delicious!
