In Terminal Echo at ATL and owned by chef and former Louisvillian Duane Nutter who was in the house this evening. The place is a respite from typical airport craziness. I remember thinking he was nuts to open a place in an airport when he left Louisville, but the food, wine and beer list, service and attention to detail are excellent and befitting someone who developed his chops at Louisville's elegant The Oakroom.
When travelling through Atlanta with an appropriate layover to enjoy it, I strongly recommend visiting One Flew South.
