Goodwill Goose Creek

by RonnieD » Thu Mar 13, 2014 11:34 pm

A friend said there is a new Goodwill store out near Goose Creek. I am aware of the one on Brownsboro and the one on Whipps Mill, but is this one different from those? If it does exist, does anyone have an address? It does not show up on the Goodwill website.

Thanks

The newest one I know about is on Hurstbourne near Shelbyville. I hit the three when I go to the east end - St. Matthews, Hurstbourne, Middletown. I don't get to Brownsboro or Whipps Mill as often.

As part of my retirement fun, I have a small business called Seek and Finders. I find things for people too busy to do the research and running. I already have a booth at the Crazy Daisy Antique Mall, so I go to auctions, estate sales and thrift stores for that. So I get to most of the thrift stores in the area regularly.

That must be it. My friend says I am mistaken, that it is not new, but is the "best" GW store in town.

The one on Hurstbourne opened in late 2012, so it is new to me!

There's a big one on Shelbyville near 265 that's pretty nice. Is that the one you are talking about?

I consider that one Middletown (or near- Eastwood). Nice one, too.

Ronnie,
I live at Hurstbourne and 22, so Goose Creek is only a couple of miles. I've never seen a Goodwill on Goosecreek. The closest ones I know of are the Hurstbourne at Shelbyville, the one by Holiday Manor, and the one on Whips Mill. Sorry not to be of more help-
Deb
