Butchertown Pub wings

by Rob S » Mon Oct 28, 2013 10:18 pm

Does anyone remember how great these were? I would give an eye tooth for the recipe. Anyone on the board work in the kitchen back then or know someone who might have the recipe? The closest I have had to these are the Kookaburra wings at Outback. These didn't feel like they were fried but they didn't have that baked flavor either. They were just so distinctive. My buddies and I would pay the cover just to come in and place an order for these!

I'll need to try those. I had some wings in Florida this past summer where they lightly grilled them after frying them - gave them a nice flavor.
