Reports to GM/Owner
Job summary
The Front of House Manager will coordinate the service delivery and guest experience at Harvest by coordinating the bar, wait and host staff
Summary of essential job functions
Oversee staff hiring, training, management and scheduling for the wait/server, bar and host staff.
Conduct timely inventory and ordering for bar and service products
See to guest satisfaction and service complaints
Communicate with the kitchen and other restaurant leadership
Assist in the coordination of special restaurant events
Minimum requirements
Passionate about local food
Extensive service and restaurant management experience
Strong wine knowledge
Experience with bourbon and cocktails desired
Experience with Aloha & Microsoft Office (Word,Excel) is encouraged
