New options for San Francisco?

by Deb Hall » Tue Jul 02, 2013 1:48 pm

I'll be there next week- haven't been for two years. I'm staying in Union Square area with a conference 4 days in Moscone area ( actually in the Intercontinental) , so breakfasts are quick and lunches need to be limited to the immediate area. Right now I have 5 dinners free ( subject to change). One of those will be to my fav seafood cioppino spot- Sotto Mare- and potentially another trip back to A16. Saturday to the Ferry Building Farmer's Market first thing to enjoy, before dashing to my flight.

So many choices, so few meals- where shall I go?

Statebird Provisions, but only if you get there about 30 minutes before they open.

AQ has one of the best tasting menus you can experience for under $75.

Aziza for modernist Moroccan cuisine - try all the desserts!

I would urge you to check out SPQR or flour + water instead of A16, but that's just me.

If a splurge meal is in the cards...you can do no wrong at Saison or Coi.
