HELP

by Alison Hanover » Wed May 08, 2013 3:29 pm

I urgently need a small or medium long sleeved white chef coat for my son to wear on Monday with white scrub pants to depict the traditional dress of a Venezuelan man!!!! I am probably going over to restaurant depot tomorrow but they only have short sleeves and the one long sleeved one they have is over $24. Too much to spend for a one off project. Can anyone give or loan me one?

Allison,

I have a woman's size Medium he could borrow- you don't have to tell him  . It's logo'd if that matters. I'm far east end- pretty far from you though.

You can try Dine Co. or Shaheen's. I think they have some cheap ones for around $15.
Too bad you didn't ask sooner as a lot of the internet companies selling chef apparel, ALWAYS have great deals on the small sizes. some as little as $10.

Not exactly, but that is what it kinda looks like, it is a collarless white jacket and white trousers, I have decided just to get him a white shirt from goodwill and cut the collar off, can't see spending money for a 5 minute thing. have to buy him white scrub pants though.

You're more than welcome to this cook shirt at no cost with no collar that might work in a pinch.

Thanks Dan and Deb, in the end I just bought him a white shirt from Walmart, going to turn the collar in, so he can wear it again and a pair of scrub pants, which hopefully, I will be able to take back as they are far too small for me!
