Ingredients, turkey, tomato, bacon, parmesan cheese, toast points, mornay.

Step 1, slice of white bread toasted cut in 1/4

Step 2, place one oz of turkey a top toast points

Step 3, reduce one cup of heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup Parmesan then reduce,
cover turkey.

Step 4, add diced tomato atop of mornay.

Step 5, render bacon half way then dice and place atop mornay.

Step 6, cover with parmesan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes or golden brown.
