If you call it a hipster bar aren't you kind of not a real hipster bar? It's like calling yourself an "underground" night club.

Besides Big Bar is the hot gay bar right now.

Where in the HELL are 43 parking spots?

Also- just what louisville needs! Another wealthy gay man with zero experience owning a bar!! It's always a great idea. Really, experience is SO overrated.

I wish him all the best in his quest but I too (like Jeremy) hope this guy is super prepared for a work life much different than real estate. Personally I think hoping for a great , happening bar where you don't have to wait for a drink or to use the restroom is kinda wishing for mutually exclusive realities. But, maybe he will prove us all wrong and bring something new to the biz.

LOL! The fact that you know about it means, that I can never go. It would ruin all my hipster street cred. 8)

I really don't know, just live a block from O'Shea's/Flannigan's/Molly Malone's. (One of those Highlands snobs who cannot park in front of my house on the weekends.)

According to the Land Development Code, they are allowed to count some of the street parking as spaces but I don't know how much. Maybe they have a deal with the Laundromat to have joint use parking. I believe that would count as spaces, too. No expert here, I was just curious and looked it up.
