on a total aside, when i was in frankfort renewing my liquor licenses, i was visiting with the most awesome ABC person in the world. the conversation gravitated to how i want to do breakfast and how sunday brunches would blow up if we could do champagne and bloody mary bars ( as every major city allows ) and her response was...'andrew, there is no law on the state books that prevents alcohol sales before one p.m... it;s up to local jurisdiction'. something to think about.
