It's easy enough to do yourself. Most hardware stores will rent a pressure washer and sell you the soap.

I have a pressure washer, and I'm not climbing all over the roof to do the top. I build furniture, install flooring, do drywall, install basic plumbing, but this I'm not going to do. I am looking at having a professional paint job done now, though. Our paint is chalky (30 years old), and a good paint job can last 15-20 years.
