So my friend had a graduation party this weekend and asked me to cook a whole hog. I never do anything on a small scale so I decided to cook a 200lbs. hog.

Yeah we wanted to do Madison but we really needed some MBN Hog practice in preparation for this weekends competition in Nashville.

As a Veggie Lover I was horrified to see that Graphic depiction of Innocent Watercress being crushed by the weight of that pig... O Hugh the Manatee !
