DD (7) & I will be up that way Friday evening for a shape note singing on Saturday. Are Amish Acres or Das Dutchman Essenhaus worth it for dinner or is there some little gem in that area I should aim for instead? I will add that craft beer is not a requirement and daughter is very well behaved 8) Thanks for your suggestions!

Haven't been, but saw it on DDD.

Ended up at Das Dutchman Essenhaus for dinner buffet (think Golden Corral with less choices) in Middlebury, IN. Honestly, the best thing there was the chocolate pudding on the salad bar. If you go and order a slice of pie, split it with someone. The slices are enormous!
