A friend just turned me onto this. As far as nutrients and fats go its pretty similar to peanut butter but has twice the iron. More sodium though so watch out for that. Still, tastes pretty amazing!

I make all my own nut butters...almond, pecan, walnut, sunflower seed, hazelnut, macadamia nut, etc. Sunflower seeds are really soft and process up very quickly and easily.
I get my nuts in bulk, unsalted. I roast them myself in the oven and process with no additional salt or sugar. Much better for you that way!
