Easy there Sweet Pea...Remember, I'm the snarky one, your the sweet one

The offline was wonderful. Given everyone's busy lives it is always a treat to get together with our foodie friends....Alan H and the gang at CQ were (once again) the consummate hosts and I heard nary a complaint about the various appetizers and entrées we all enjoyed. Hopefully, in addition to this being a wonderful reason to get together, in some small way our gathering let the folks at CQ know that we appreciate the trials and tribulations they have been through this spring. Personally, we're looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Alan and all the gang at CQ.

Sorry Antonia if I sounded snarky (as Steve said) and offended you. That was not directed at you. We knew you were not going to make it. I apologize to anyone I offended and I will keep my comments to myself about the unexcused no-shows.

I did see Bob & Carol, Miss Gayle and Bill & Alan at Westport General Store and I thought I had told someone that we weren't going to make it to CQ. But I'm not 100% certain of that, so I guess I'll fall into the unexcused category for this one guys, Sorry.

OK, no harm, no foul guys....Dan and Coleen were an excused....as were Bob and Carol....no probs there.....and the ones who let us know here were also missed, plus we had a couple of nice surprises....I was, as host, not disappointed at all.....it was a great and fun evening.......
