OK, from the sounds of things, the majority of the folks are good with the Sunday the 5th....how does the 7:00 PM hour sound?

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Mary and I are in, and 7 sounds fine, although it being a Sunday night with a work day following, I wouldn't object to gathering even at 6 or 6:30.

Robin, I had thought about that as well, and will arrive early myself to welcome and make sure all is well with the set up....I'm thinking we'd do the usual HotBytes cocktail hour at 6:30 or so, and then take it from there.......

The 5th works for Anne and I. See you then. Thanks Bill.

We will definitely be there. I do agree with Robin and others that earlier would be better. Again, thanks for organizing this.

"Meadown/Burnett"? If you are referring to the Meadows-Bernert contingent, I'm good for any date, Rich does not know his schedule very far in advance, but he very seldom works on Sunday evening.

I very much regret that I can't make this date. Our Sunday summer concerts in Willow Park will have started, and I'll need to be there. The Lost Boys are playing, and it's also my dad's birthday. Really wish we could join you all - have a great time!

I'll post the concert schedule in the Louisville Music and Art Forum for those who are interested in joining us this coming Sunday or other Sundays for the rest of the summer.
