Full time pastry cook needed. Must have the following skills: Cake/cupcake decoration and classic pastry skills in addition to the following:
Responsible for fulfilling the production list
Must be able to execute recipes consistently
Careful attention to detail
Must be reliable, professional, team-oriented
Organized, good time management skills
Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required
Willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
Hands-on, flexible and highly responsive.
High energy, positive person who is able to work with a diverse group of people.
Hours of work for this position are approximately 40 hours per week.
Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break.
Previous professional baking/kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred.
