I am trying to help an experienced server that worked for me find a job. This guy is 40, has excellent server skills. He knows the importance of up selling, is dependable and has great people skills. I just don't have enough business right now to give him enough hours. Things are very slow in LaGrange and I'm trying to hold on to who I have. This guy is a great employee.
