I'm entering my final quarter at Sullivan as a Catering major with an additional Professional Cook's Diploma and a Professional Personal Chef certificate upon graduation in December. Looking for some weekend work, and am not picky, as long as it's somewhere in the Highlands where I can still hop the TARC in case my '85 VW Golf isn't functional on a particular day (IT'S picky). Doesn't have to be gourmet in any way, but something culinary oriented would be great. Institutional is fine, as is retail.
