Immediate opening for a daytime lead cook. Responsibilities will include opening the kitchen, ensuring adequate prep levels, supervising 2 daytime staff, assisting in banquet production, and running a la carte lunch service.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory capacity, ability to lead a team, be a motivated self-starter who likes guidance but does not require constant supervision. Previous experience in a private club setting is desired, but not essential.
Candidate must demand the highest quality product from themselves and their team - no shortcuts, no substandard production.
Work directly with an ACF-certified Chef in a diverse kitchen, combining a la carte service, catering and banquets, and special events such as wine dinners, cooking classes, cookouts, etc.
