S/he is a member of the F&B dept and reports directly to chef de cuisine. Responsibility include prepping, plating, and cooking food to order following exacting standards. Responsible for amuse bouche, hors d'couvres, station set-up, and inventory. Assists fellow team-members as business demands.
Requirements:
Min 2 years upscale/fine dining experience
Ability to multi-tast
Positive attitude is a must
