Looking for person with kitchen skills, slicing and dicing, and ability to follow directions for a very busy down home cafe. Nothing fancy or overly difficult. You would be working with the former (first) sous chef from Equs, and a person with 20 years of high level, cooking. A great opportunity to learn the in and outs of the business. The job entails prep in the early morning, line work at lunch, and the ability to use cash register and interface with a nice, but picky east end customer base.
