My current grill guy is relocating to the other side of the world (literally) in 2 weeks, so I need a new one.
Grill/Flat Top/Fry cook, competitive pay, no late nights! (well, no REALLY late nights). Insurance at 90 days, vacation at 1 year.
Wednesday through Sunday, 2-3 PM to 10 PM (depending on volume).
Good opportunity for someone who wants to see more than just a restaurant line, gain exposure to catering and special events, and cross-train on saute' and garde manger.
