Is the restaurant located in Louisville, and you just send the resume to Lexington?

I did just before your post. I have experience cooking cajun and plenty of the other food. I will send my resume out tomorrow unless there is a way to just email it to you?? Thanks again

Alan, I have dined at Furlongs when it was on Frankfort Avenue, the food was top notch and while it wasn't neccesarily Cajun all the way it definitely had Cajun influences. I remember eating there late one night and the Chef was conducting an after dinner meeting with everyone, from what I overheard it is was a chef driven establishment. From our earlier conversations Alan, it is somewhere you would enjoy working. Just my two cents... :D
