Standard Country Club has an immediate need for an AM lead cook. Must be able to supervise 2 employees, be responsible for opening the kitchen, oversee and assist in prep for catered events, and hold a position on the line during lunch service.
This position is 6 days per week, 8AM-3 PM Tue through Sun until September, then will be 5 days per week, 8 AM-4 PM Wed-Sun. Benefits include paid vacation and insurance, as well as free golf on Mondays.
Ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a background that includes both upscale a la carte dining and catering, preferably with a private club. This is a great position for someone who is gaining experience for a Sous Chef position.
