Covered Bridge is looking for an experienced Sous Chef/assistant kitchen manager. You would work 5 days a week, between 50-55 hours, pay is negotiable. Insurance after 30 days, free golf, and paid vacation after 1 year. I am a very easy going chef and need a person who likes to have fun and work in a laid back atomosphere. There are only two weeks a year that we work over 5 days a week or over 55 hours a week. Besides that the schedule is as stated above. I need someone to insure food quality and consistency as well as be able to multi task, be hands on and close down our kitchen at nights the right way, not see who can get out the fastest.
