Old Stone Inn reopening April 3!

by Robin Garr » Thu Mar 20, 2008 8:03 pm

Great news from Caroline K!

Paul Crump is assisting the new owners to open the Old Stone Inn-a projected open date of April 3. They are looking for an executive chef and line cooks. Please call Deanna or Shelly @ 502-722-8200.

Great news heard about it last week as the new owners are cousins of my sister-in-law. Can't wait to try it out again.

Great news! I'll have to make a more concerted effort to venture out there. Hopefully, the new owners and staff continue the precedent set by the previous.

Is Paul going to stay on as manager after the opening, or is he going elsewhere? He is one of the best in the business so I hopes he stays in the game.

Any idea who the new owners are, or if any significant changes will be made?

Paul will not be staying on with Old Stone Inn-he is lending a helping hand for the first month or so. I believe the new young ladies whom run the Inn now used to work with Paul and Sally. Paul will probably stay in the biz but on the other side as a sales rep...there should not be too much change but still "bringing something new to something old"
