Currently seeking a morning sous chef/lead cook, who would be able to oversee the opening of the kitchen, prep, lunch service for members, staff meal and receiving of daily orders.
Also, seeking at least two more full time cooks who are flexible with their scheduling (some days/some evenings depending on need).
Two years fine dining experience preferred, but willing to train if you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and good attitude about teamwork.
