Midwest POS Solutions is adding a full-time Aloha Project Leader to our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant environments using Aloha software. The candidate will work directly with the support and sales teams installing hardware and software in new customer locations as well as providing technical support to our customers.

-Coordinate new installations from point the Sales team hands off a new project through the customer site being open and using the POS system.
- Meet with customer to understand what his/her company needs from their POS system and configure accordingly.
- Install the system in their location.
- Train customer in all aspects of their new POS system.
- Assist with first day of business using the new system.
-Provide technology support and training for the Aloha POS product.
-Respond to incoming questions in a timely and accurate manner.
-Track all customer contacts.
-Follow instructions and be flexible.
-Escalate problems to second or third level support personnel when appropriate via proper escalation procedures.
-Develop new solutions to frequently occurring problems.
-Prepare for new releases and rollouts to anticipate customer inquiries.

-Experience using Aloha software in a restaurant environment.
-Must be Customer Service Oriented. At least one year working in hospitality field or equivalent field support experience.
-Should be familiar with desktop operating systems, basic computer hardware, local area networks, and basic troubleshooting.
-Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations.
-Possess strong analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

-Excellent English language oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to balance multiple priorities.
-Display dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
-Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
