About Royals Hot Chicken

Royals Hot Chicken is the newest restaurant by Feast BBQ owner Ryan Rogers. Royals Hot Chicken will be serving the highest quality Nashville-style hot chicken, as well as made from scratch sides, salads, and desserts. Royals Hot Chicken has already garnered local and national media attention, and the restaurant opening is highly anticipated. Royals Hot Chicken has the majority of its staff in place, but is looking to add the last few pieces to its puzzle.

Positions Currently Available
We are currently seeking the following positions to add to our amazing team (part and full-time positions available):

Front of house
Cooks (Fried chicken experience a plus!)
Dishwashers

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities (Front of House, must be over 21):

Greet and speak to guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times
Take orders with speed and accuracy
Check food tickets for accuracy and deliver to guests’ tables in a timely manner
Check in with guests during their meals and ensure highest guest satisfaction
Clear tables thoroughly and quickly
Complete all opening, closing, and shift duties as assigned by a manager to the highest standard
Communicate with all other employees respectfully and efficiently to maximize guest experience
Conform to Health Department requirements to run an A-level establishment

Responsibilities (Cooks):
Set up station according to manager's guidelines
Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by management
Restock items as needed throughout shift
Keep a clean, safe, organized work station
Use/maintain all equipment properly
Assist with cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning kitchen and equipment and doing dishes
Assist with organization of kitchen
Communicate with all other employees respectfully and efficiently to maximize guest experience
Conform to Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen
Handle food products in a thoughtful manner, generating minimal waste

Other Knowledge/Skills:
Basic understanding of professional cooking (must)
Knife handling skills (preferred)
Following recipes without direct supervision (must)
Basic kitchen etiquette and safety (must)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues (must)
Work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner (must)

Physical Demands:
Able to stand for longer than 8 hours (must)
Able to move or lift 50 pounds on an intermittent basis and 35 pounds regularly (must)
Able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat (must)

Dishwashers:
Set up and use dish machine and 3-compartment sink in accordance with Health Department regulations
Wash all dishes thoroughly and put away in an organized manner
Work quickly and efficiently at all times
Maintain a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude towards customers and coworkers at all times

Requisite Knowledge/Skills/Physical Demands
Basic understanding of professional cooking/dishwashing (must)
Ability to follow recipes correctly without direct supervision (must)
Basic kitchen etiquette and safety (must)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues (must)
Work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner (must)

This is off topic for the Jobs Board, but i have to give Ryan a shout-out: I love the clarity and organization of this post. It demonstrates the attitude I'd want to see at any place where I would want to work. Or invest. If I were looking for a restaurant job. :D
