Chef needed at Bistro Le Relais

Classically trained French chef needed. Must have a minimum of five years experience in fine dining. Responsible for ordering, inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and sanitary standards. Restaurant open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday and lunch Fridays in December.
