NEW CONCEPT needs full staff

We are working on a new Southern style concept and need to fully staff our launch restaurant.

I need to hire 6 kitchen folk, at least 2 at management level with strong kitchen background. 4 full time positions and 2 part time.

I also need 9 servers with FOH experience.

I also need a Front of House Manager.

We will be holding open interviews at our main office at 1057 E. Washington Street (across from the former Blind Pig) on Wednesday July 8. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 930 AM and 4pm to interview. Resume preferred, but not necessary.
