Nationally acclaimed, Concentrics Restaurants, is partnering with First Hospitality Group to bring an open-air rooftop restaurant and bar with unique food and beverage concept to the Louisville area. Set to open in the fall of 2014, this new high-energy rooftop concept will be located adjacent to the historic Henry Clay building in downtown Louisville.


Concentrics Restaurants, founded in 2002 by Bob Amick and Todd Rushing, is an Atlanta-based restaurant operating group that owns, manages and develops nationally acclaimed concepts across the U.S., including ROOF (Chicago), Two Urban Licks (Atlanta) and their newest, Juniper & Ivy (San Diego), with Richard Blais. Concentrics' concepts have been nominated for several James Beard Awards including "Outstanding Restaurateur" and "Best Restaurant". Job Requirements include:
* At least 6 months of high-volume casual/upscale dining experience
* Strong work ethic combined with a love for hospitality
* Full time availability strongly is encouraged
* Wine/spirits/beer knowledge is preferred
* Must be able to thrive in a high energy/fast paced environment
* Must have a passion and dedication for service excellence

Host
Job Requirements include:
* At least one year of high-volume casual/upscale dining experience
* Strong work ethic combined with a love for hospitality
* Full time availability is strongly encouraged
* Previous experience with OpenTable
* Must be able to thrive in a high energy/fast paced environment
* Must have an open, warm, welcoming personality. Smiling a plus!
