Now hiring a full time morning line cook with experience working in a full service restaurant. . Shift hours are 6 am to 3 pm. Must have open availability for days and weekends. Restaurant is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours of business are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Ghyslain at Westport Village– Kitchen Supervisor
Now hiring a full time Kitchen Supervisor with experience working in a full service restaurant. We are looking for a candidate that is motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced friendly environment. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible to assist the Kitchen Manager in all areas of the back of house, daily management of the kitchen staff, complete vendor orders, work the cook’s line, control food cost and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen. Must have open availability for days and weekends. Restaurant is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours of business are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Ghyslain Chocolatier, Inc. is privately owned and offers an exciting opportunity for growth at its Artisan Center in Union City, Indiana and three bistros.
