We are seeking to hire a production assistant to assist in the preparation of our meals, packing orders and light office work for about 30 + hours a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the culinary arts with at least 3 years similar work experience with quantity cooking and have a current Serve Safe or Metro Louisville Health Department certificate. Other requirements include strong reading, writing, math and social skills, be self motivated, have reliable transportation, have the ability to take directions, and lift at least 50#.
