Maintenance

Responsible for maintaining 8+ acres of property inside and outside.
Able to perform job tasks as needed
Knowledge of carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing / pipe systems, machinery, ability to use power tools.
(Other duties will be explained during interview)
Able to lift up to 50 plus pounds ( as needed )
Need updated references for consideration please ( No family references please )
This is a daytime position unless the river dictates otherwise (flooding)
