We are currently looking for an experienced dining room floor manager to ensure that each of our guests receives the "Volare Experience" each time they dine with us. This position reports to the restaurant managers/partners and is responsible for supervision of dining room operations to maintain a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service. The preferred candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills as well as previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
