Charlestown Pizza Company seeking FOH Manager/Servers

The Charlestown Pizza Company is seeking a FOH Manager/Server and a server or two.

We want a super star server that has the ability to manage the restaurant when the owners are not around.

Requirements:
Serving/FOH Experience
Able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & some Sunday evenings. (5 nights a week, roughly 6 hours per night)
Pleasant Personality
MUST be a Team Player (you will be assisting fellow staff members, not just "managing" them)
Knowledge of craft/import beer and pizza are a plus

We want a FOH manager that does more than just smile and stand behind the bar. We expect our FOH Manager to wait and buss tables, step into the kitchen if necessary, be responsible for the end of day accounting, be responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, and to be able to quickly identify and solve problems.

Of course John, but only if we can eliminate all errors and waste from the production process. Perhaps, I should be focusing my efforts on robotic servers that would not have to waste valuable time washing their hands
