Duties and resposibilities :
Special menu and planning execution
Upkeep of recipe database
Ordering of all banquet products
Monthly inventories
Cleanliness of kitchen prep area and walk in
Excellent time management skills
Work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Must be Jefferson Co. Health Dept or ServSafe certified
Proven track history with past employers
Must be able to profesionally communicate and manage with large staff
