I plan to go to culinary school in the fall and I'm looking for a full-time position in a kitchen to get my feet wet over the spring/summer and hope to switch to part time during the fall semester. I have some restaurant experience, busing/dishwashing/food prep, and am obviously willing to start at the bottom. Any leads or ideas to help me get my career started would be much appreciated.
