We're expanding at the Blind Pig!
Meat, a cocktail bar in Butchertown is opening upstairs in early November. We are a Louisville prohibition-era bar with a true sense of place. Our beverage program is serious but not over the top, our attitude is professional, but casual, warm and welcoming. We are a Louisvillian bar.
With that in mind, we are looking for bartenders, cocktail servers, hosts and doormen with a passion for service and education. Experience is a major plus, but trustworthiness, strong work ethic, positivity, individuality and a desire to learn and constantly improve will be the deciding factors.
Interviews will be held between now and Monday October 17th.
